Hi I'm Hannah, I'm joining Noah and his mum Donna, in the Salisbury to Winchester leg of the relay. Relay Your Way is an epic relay across Britain championing the 1.5 million young people in the UK with disabilities, including half a million children living with brain conditions. The Relay sends the powerful message that sport, adventure and play should be inclusive to all. This will be my first 50km bike ride EVER and so any donations for a cause that is close to my heart, would be really really appreciated! Thank you!
